As a Buyer and/or Distributor (You agree that by purchasing materials for Lovely ("Lovely"), You have read, understood and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions.

Lovely's policy is to sell eyelash extension products intended for use by certain licensed/certified professionals in the beauty industry. By doing so, you represent that you (or someone working with or for you) are a licensed or certified as required by Lovely.
You are totally responsible for complying with all national or local laws regarding the sale or use of eyelash extension products. You are responsible for researching and searching state statutes and regulations, if any, relating to the practice of eyelash extensions, including, but not limited to, professional licenses or certifications you must hold and requirements for establishments in which you may apply eyelash extensions.

You accept and agree that.
(a) the use of products sold by Lovely must be done with great care to avoid accidental personal injuries when performing the work, especially in the near human eye contact,
(b) the use of eyelash extension products involves risks that may include injury to the eyes or to the eye contours.

You agree that Lovely cannot be responsible for any injuries that may result from your use or misuse of the products.
All prices shown on the website are in Euros.

The statements and products are not intended to help for diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease. All products must be used strictly in keeping with their instructions, precautions and recommendations. You should always check the composition of the products to avoid possible allergic reactions. Use of the Lovely website(s) is not a substitute for professional medical advice: this website(s) is strictly an online store for specialized cosmetic products. Before using or relying on any products, products or information obtained from product packaging or the Website, consult your physician or health care professional regarding their use. All medical questions, concerns and decisions regarding the possible treatment of any medical condition should be addressed to your physician or health care provider. The Company does not and does not intend to provide answers to medical questions, and the Company's Website and/or product packaging is not a substitute for any medical professional or medical resource.

Delivery is by courier service from a warehouse in Europe. At this time, the estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method. The delivery time will be soon minimized. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel

Lovely Company reserves the right to ship orders via any postal carrier (including, but not limited to, FedeС…, DHL, etc.) at any time at its option. If you have a current email address, you will receive a confirmation that your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

In general, Lovely does not require a signature when shipping orders, but reserves the right to do so. Once delivery of the order is confirmed by the freight carrier, Lovely is no longer responsible for the order.
Lovely is not responsible for any loss or damage to the order that may happen while it is in the trucking company's warehouse.

Please inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to our Team on sale@lovely-lash.pro within 15 days of receipt of the product. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, description of the damage (including photos if available), and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.
Please note, we can ask to send us back the product to make the decision about the money refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

After receiving the Products from the Lovely-lash.pro, the Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the online shop within 14 days. Should the Purchaser find the Product unsuitable, s/he can return it to the online shop without giving any reason.

The term to withdraw from the agreement expires after 14 days starting from the day when the Purchaser or a third person appointed by the Purchaser came into the possession of the Products.

Upon receiving the returned Products, Lovely-lash.pro shall return to the Purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days from the day of the submission of the request for withdrawal, all of the payments received from the Purchaser for the returned Products.

We may use the information we collect to help us deliver our online services; to administer, evaluate and improve our business (including developing new products and services, improving existing products and services, performing data analytics, and performing accounting, auditing and other internal functions); manage our risks; market our services and products; and to comply with and enforce applicable laws and regulations, relevant industry standards, contractual obligations and our policies. We may also use data that we collect on an aggregated or anonymous basis (such that it does not identify any individual clients) for various business purposes, where permissible under applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account by updating and correcting information as it changes, including notifying Lovely of any new/terminated Lash Stylists or employees and/or any new/terminated users with purchasing access. You must safeguard your password and security pin and supervise the use of your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and maintaining settings that reflect your preferences. We will assume that anyone using the Site or transacting with your account password/pin is you. You agree that you are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. As part of your account settings, you have the option to save shipping addresses to your account. You will be responsible for all orders placed on your account by any authorized purchaser.
By using this site, you agree to the placement of cookies on your computer in accordance with the terms of this policy. If you do not wish to accept cookies from this site, please either disable cookies or refrain from using this site.
This Agreement, together with any schedules and exhibits attached hereto and made a part hereof, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties as to the subject matter hereof and shall supersede all prior understandings, letters, agreements, contracts and other documents.
