Mix Noemi Dye with Noemi Solution in a 1:1 ratio until obtaining a creamy, even consistency. Apply the mixture to the eyebrows or eyelashes. After application, leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the color with water.
Warning: Contains paraphenylenediamine. This product may cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow the instructions carefully. Do not use on irritated, red, or damaged skin, or if the client has previously reacted to other dyes.
Eyebrow correction should be performed after dyeing the eyebrows. This product is not intended for use by persons under 16 years old. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately.
Sensitivity test: Apply generously to the inside of the wrist or behind the ear, wait for 15 minutes, and rinse with lukewarm water. If you notice any signs of an allergy during the test or within 48 hours, do not use it.
